Rabbi Manuel Rodriguez Jr. is a Jewish believer in Messiah Yeshua. Originally from Las Cruces, NM, he makes his home in Del Rio, TX with his wife of 32 years, Barbara. They have three wonderful and godly children, who all believe in Messiah Yeshua as their Lord and Savior. Rabbi Manuel also serves as the Senior Rabbi of Baruch HaShem Assembly Messianic Jewish Congregation in Del Rio, TX, and as an Assistant Rabbi at Baruch HaShem Messianic Jewish Congregation in San Antonio. In addition, he is also the Texas State Representative for the National Jewish Fellowship of the Assemblies of G-D and is a licensed rabbi with International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues (IAMCS).  Rabbi Manuel served in the United States Army during Operation Desert Storm and is a Retired Senior Patrol Agent with United States Border Patrol.

After coming to faith in Messiah Yeshua, Adonai put in his heart a calling to take the HaBesorah (the Gospel) of Messiah Yeshua to his fellow Jews. The doors were opened for him to gain an education, and was eventually called to plant a Messianic Jewish Congregation along with his wife, Barbara. Both Barbara and Rabbi Manuel also desire to build a bridge of understanding between Jews and Christians regarding the Messiahship of Messiah Yeshua, His Jewishness, the relevance and authority of the Torah, Shabbat and the Feasts of Adonai.
